Feature an elasticized top with a hook and loop (Velcro-style) closure for an adjustable fit. Material: 92% Cotton, 8% Polyester. Made in Baltimore, MD, U.S.A. Measurements: Length: 26 inches Waist (unstretched): Approximately 16 inches flat. There is fading and visible wear on the interior hook and loop fastener strip, as shown in the last few photos. The fabric remains plush with no holes or stains.
