This Saga-bijori rice was grown in rice paddies spread across the Kase River system, a first-class river in Saga City. Last year, we were blessed with good weather, resulting in delicious rice.
We are a small farm that has inherited ancestral land, and we handle the entire process from seedling cultivation, rice planting, harvesting, drying, hulling, and polishing. As the weather gets hotter, we store our products in a refrigerator specifically for rice. We polish the rice after receiving your order, sort it with a color sorter, and then ship it.
