This Koshihikari was grown with great care, from the selection of seedlings by my grandfather, who is very particular about the taste of rice, to him frequently visiting the rice paddies to hand-pull weeds that would diminish the rice's flavor. Our family proudly grew this rice, saying, You'll never find a single barnyard grass in our paddies!

This is rice harvested just last autumn.

To ensure we can include even 10g more than 2000g, we will ship it in a different plastic bag than the one shown in the photo. Thank you for your understanding.

Since it's freshly milled! You probably can't get freshly milled rice immediately after milling at supermarkets, so we aim to ship within 24 hours of your purchase.
