Antique Roll Paper Holder Store Fixture Vintage Made in USA Rare

I started using Mercari because I wanted to declutter.
Please take a moment to read my profile as well.

This is an antique store fixture, a roll/wrapping paper holder.
It is from the United States.
The top wooden part says FOR 9INCH ROLL.
I think it can be used for hanging lace or accessories, or for display.
These are not commonly found.

Width 35.5 x Depth 24.3 x Height 33 cm

This is a very old item. We are looking for buyers who appreciate scratches and damage as part of its character and charm.
I will describe the condition as much as possible, but please forgive any oversights.
