【For Middle/High School Students - Pickup Only】UNIVERSAL Double Bass (Details Unknown, 4/4 Size)

This is a listing for a UNIVERSAL VIOLIN contrabass (double bass). The model number is unknown, so details are unclear, but it appears to be either an all-plywood model like the SB-80 or a model with only a solid top.
This is a very well-balanced instrument. While the material of the fingerboard and tailpiece is unknown, they are made of very sturdy materials, and the instrument has a good resonance. Despite this, it does not have the cheap feel characteristic of plywood instruments.
The strings have been replaced with Bel Canto (used). Also, during the adjustment process, the tailgut became defective, so it has been replaced with a Kevlar one. In addition, the string height has been adjusted, and the position of the soundpost has also been adjusted.
This is a 4/4 size instrument, but the instrument itself is not particularly large. However, due to the long string length, the bridge position has been moved closer to the fingerboard to keep the string length around 105cm.
As an accessory, a separately acquired soft case (used, with some fraying and missing shoulder straps) will be provided. However, as I am short on cases, please leave the case to my discretion. I will do my best to accommodate based on the price range and condition of the item. If you do not need the soft case, I will offer a discount of 8,000 yen, so please let me know in advance.

Delivery by a shipping company is not possible, so it is generally for [direct pickup only]. For pickup, please come to my residence in eastern Sakata City or a designated location in western Osaki City.
For locations within Yamagata Prefecture or nearby prefectures that are not too far (e.g., south of Akita City in Akita Prefecture, north of Sendai City in Miyagi Prefecture, north of Niigata City in Niigata Prefecture, etc.), I can deliver to the nearest designated location for an additional fee to cover actual costs such as fuel. If it is along the Tohoku Shinkansen line, I can deliver to the nearest Shinkansen station for the actual transportation costs. (Even in Tokyo, pickup at Ueno Station, for example, is possible.)
Test playing is also available. The test playing location is the same as the pickup location: my residence in eastern Sakata City or a location in western Osaki City. If you wish to test play in Osaki City, there will be a venue usage fee of 500 yen per person (plus the number of accompanying persons if applicable).
