【Perfect for Home Workouts!】 F.R.JAPAN ★ Wonderful Shape
F.R.JAPAN Home Workout Machine
Perfect for home workouts and exercises targeting your stomach, upper arms, and legs!!
With a little creativity, you can likely train other areas as well.
I used it a few times a long time ago, but like many New Year's resolutions, it ended up being forgotten in the closet.
For those who find going to the gym a hassle,
For those who want to train at home in addition to the gym,
For those who want to tighten their bodies after overindulging during the holidays, etc.
Why not do some light home workouts while watching TV?!
Operation confirmed ◎
There are no malfunctions, but the springs may occasionally make a slight creaking sound.
Due to storage, there are two dents on the seat (see photos 8 and 9).
Over time, the synthetic material on the underside has deteriorated, and the orange part of the seat has faded due to sun exposure.
No original box. Instruction manual included.
It can be compactly folded by removing the pins that secure the springs. It can be made even more compact by removing the thin bar with grips, saving storage space (see photo 12).
Assembled Dimensions (mm)
Approx. Width 715 x Depth 445 x Height 380
*The main unit will be folded and shipped in recycled cardboard.
*Please purchase with the understanding that this is a used item.
*While operation has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee against malfunctions or damage that may occur after purchase due to use.
*We do not accept returns or refunds.
