Large Cleoniceras Ammonite Masterfully Polished Fossil 1070 grams
Cleoniceras Ammonite - 110 million years old - when looking for ammonites, I only pick the absolute AAA Grade Specimens 2lbs 6oz 7 x 6 x 1.5 inches ❤️ This is a stunning cut and polished ammonite (Cleoniceras) fossil from Madagascar. These ammonites are Cretaceous in age, approximately 110 million years old. Ammonites were predatory mollusks that resembled a squid with a shell. These cephalopods had eyes, tentacles, and spiral shells. They are more closely related to a living octopus, though the shells resemble that of a nautilus. True ammonites appeared in the fossil record about 240 million years ago. The last lineages disappeared 65 million years ago at the end of the Cretaceous. ❤️ All our stones are stored at our small ranch in California and are allowed to soak up the peaceful and loving environment. They are not stuffed away in boxes or crates, but outside on display until they change homes. There are many animals here, many previously neglected and abused that are drawn to the stones; no doubt the energy makes them curious, as animals, being pure souls, can pick up gentle well-meaning vibrations better than we can. In the process I am sure they lovingly leave some of their innocent essence behind for the stones to soak up. ❤️ Every stone carries the Universe inside, just look real close.
