unbranded Electric Drawstring Outdoor bags Fresh water Gray water black water accessories

I honestly have no idea what this is. It has different bags and comes in a large drawstring bag that says electric but i cant find any info on it. It might be for hiking im not sure. Looks in good shape. Few light marks from storage. Comes with straps but since i dont know what it is it might be missing something.
