Giovanni DeSimone Pasta Bowl Plate by Italian Artist Giovanni DeSimone in the Manner of Picasso

DeSimone was an influential figure in 20th-century Italian pottery, and his work is highly recognizable for its Picasso-esque style. It is often noted that DeSimone was actually a student of Picasso, which is reflected in the whimsical, cubist-inspired faces and bold, hand-painted primary colors seen in this design.
