Pull rope with pedals. Exercise equipment

This is a device you put your feet into and pull. It's like a tube-shaped expander. I don't know the official name, so I searched online and came up with a title based on similar items.

I inherited this from my parents, but I haven't used it much, so I've decided to sell it. The manufacturer is unknown. The price is set based on the market value.
