Gliga is a handmade violin maker from Eastern European Romania.
Maestro Gliga Vasile, the workshop's master, trained in Germany and obtained his master craftsman qualification before returning to Romania to establish his workshop. He uses high-quality wood from the Carpathian Mountains, said to have been used by Stradivarius, and performs all processes by hand.
