Summer Item ◇ Antique Sha Komon with Flowing Water, Boats, and Flowers, Long Sleeves, Pure Silk
【Measurements】
Body Length: 150
Sleeve to Center Back Length: 63
Sleeve Length: 62
Front Width: 24.5
Back Width: 29.5
(Unit: cm)
◇ A komon kimono featuring emerald green accents on a black vertical stripe pattern.
Depicts boats and flowing water, pine and wisteria, irises, and more.
There may be some slight fading, making it appear a bit lighter, but the thin vertical lines are made of silver thread. The subdued sheen makes it easy to wear in a modern style.
◇ The body length can be extended by just under 3cm, and the sleeve to center back length by about 2-3cm.
(Apologies for the approximation, as I have no experience in Japanese tailoring.)
◇ No noticeable stains or dirt, and the fabric is crisp. It is in excellent condition for an antique. However, there is a very small hole on the back of the garment. If worn with a white juban (under-kimono), it may be noticeable, so attaching a back reinforcement will strengthen it and allow for longer wear.
*Collar and obi are not included.
We hope to sell this to someone who understands used and antique items.

Please review the following notes before proceeding with your purchase.
・The seller is an amateur in kimono. There is a possibility of overlooking minor details.

We hope for a pleasant transaction for both buyer and seller.
Immediate purchase is welcome.
