Violin Chin Rest Ebony
Violin Chin Rest
* Mounting Position: Left side of the tailpiece
* Bowl Position: Left side
The image shows it mounted on the left side, but the actual product is made of ebony.
This was included when I purchased my violin.
I used it for about six months,
but I always placed a handkerchief between the chin rest and myself while playing, so there are no stains or scratches.
The cork is also intact with no missing pieces or peeling.
The screws can be removed (just by turning them by hand),
and it will be shipped wrapped in bubble wrap.
When attaching it to your violin, please have it done at a musical instrument shop.
They should be able to make fine adjustments to fit the shape of your instrument.
