Folding umbrella *Handle is detached

The umbrella opens and closes without issue, but the very bottom part of the handle is detached and missing.
The handle is long and the umbrella is large, so I believe it can still be used. I felt it would be a waste to throw it away, so I am listing it for sale.
A bag is also included.
