XBOX360 "DEAD RISING 2"

This is XBOX360's DEAD RISING 2.

I do not have the actual console, so I have not tested its operation.
Everything shown in the photos is included.
The set includes the case, the game disc, the instruction manual, the map, a postcard, and a flyer.
The case has minor scratches.
The instruction manual is slightly creased but generally clean.
The map is also generally clean, but has a small tear in one part.

This is a home-stored item, so please forgive any other dirt or scratches.
I cannot accept repairs or exchanges.
Please purchase with this understanding.
