unbranded Blue Topaz And Sterling Silver Filigree Ring Size 6.75

Blue Topaz And Sterling Silver Filigree Ring Size 6.75. Ring was previously sized and the sterling mark is no longer on the ring. Otherwise, a very pretty and delicate ring. I am guessing that the stone is a Topaz. I do not have documentation. the color is exquisite. Needs cleaning.
