Vintage Arnart KPM stamped Happy Birthday Teacup and Saucer This is a vintage reproduction, typically made in Japan, designed to mimic antique Royal German Porcelain. (KPM- Konigliche Porzella-Manufaktur) Arnart commonly reproduced these items in through the 1950s and 1960s. I do not know the exact age of this set, but it was made sometime after Arnart came into existence in 1953.
