This is a high-quality ink stick (Tang Mo) made by the prestigious Hu Kaiwen Ink House in Jixi, Anhui Province, China.
It is a highly sought-after item by calligraphers and sumi-e artists, bearing the inscription Tiesai Weng Shuhua Baomo.
This type of ink produces an elegant, slightly bluish-black color (sumi-iro), rather than a pure black.

It is a genuine product with the Oil-Smoke Blue Ink stamp on the bottom.
This was one of my treasures that I was reluctant to part with.
I would be happy to pass it on to someone who will cherish and use it.

■Condition
This is a long-term storage item from over 30 years ago, but it is in very good condition with no cracks.

■Shipping
It will be shipped via Raku Raku Mercari便 (delivery compact).
A small amount of tissue paper will be placed in the gaps to prevent the ink from moving inside the box.
The box will be wrapped in bubble wrap.
