This is a long-tipped, specially made sheep hair brush called 宿淨陳純羊毫細微光鋒 (manufactured by Kōbaien).
The brush tip is made of fine, delicate sheep hair, and the handle is a Daruma-style handle made of buffalo horn and bamboo.
It has a good balance of elasticity, firmness, and softness, making it suitable for Kanji in semi-cursive or mixed script styles on half-sized or half-cut paper (for a few lines).

This brush is over 20 years old. While there may be some minor scuffs and a slight curve to the handle, it is an unused brush with no ink or water marks, and I believe it is in good condition.
Natural sheep hair is scarce in recent years, making it difficult to reproduce such sheep hair brushes today, so this may be a valuable item.
