Before powering on, the AC adapter is orange (standby).
When powered on, the AC adapter turns red (normally green),
and the three ring lights on the main unit will blink.
Upon investigation, it appears the AC adapter is faulty.
If the adapter were working correctly, it might boot up,
but this is a non-expert assessment, so there may be other issues.
Please consider this for repair, parts, or as a junk item.
The main unit has some minor dirt but is otherwise clean.
Everything shown in the images is included.
Will be shipped in the original box.
