【How to Use】
1. Heat the mouthpiece in 90°C to 100°C (194°F to 212°F) hot water for 5 seconds.
(The temperature at which it softens may vary depending on the season.)
2. Remove from hot water and let it cool for 10 seconds.
3. Press firmly against your teeth to create an impression.
4. Trim excess material with scissors to shape.
