【Fitter First】 Balance Board Core Training
Price non-negotiable.
fitter first / balance and fitness for life
Balance Board, Made in CANADA
There are minor scratches from normal use, but it is still in good condition and can be used.
Will be packed with bubble wrap and stretch film for shipping.
Below are personal impressions:
* The difficulty can be changed in two stages, but both are set to a high level.
* After getting on the balance board, you can feel your balance improve when you get on skis or a snowboard!
* The board is made of wood and is sturdy, so it is effective to practice by attaching skis or a snowboard to the balance board and riding on it.
* Using it on a wooden floor increases the difficulty, but be careful as it may scratch the floor.
* I believe it is effective not only for sports but also for strengthening your core muscles.
