These leather shoes are heavily broken in and were American made by LL Bean sometime in the 1980s. I believe these are the Maine Guide Shoe. I have conditioned them with a leather treatment but they do show cracking and heavy wear throughout. I would not recommend wearing these for any strenuous use like hiking or hunting.
