This is a pre-tied obi (Tsukuri Obi) from Kyōetsu Oroshiya, featuring a Flower Ball design in black.
It has only been used once.
The obi and the pre-tied part are separate, making it easy to attach.
I have slightly widened the inserted wire part for easier use. I believe you can adjust it further with your bare hands to suit your preference, so I am listing it as is.
It will be delivered flat, so please refer to the 4th image to scrunch it up and create volume.
