I don't think this has anything to do with the batteries.
Puzzle games usually don't require batteries.

I would like the buyer to replace the batteries.
I don't have the technical skills or money to do anything about it.

As stated above, the batteries are dead.
This game doesn't really have a save function, whether it has batteries or not,
so I don't think you need to replace them.

There are no particular stains or damage.

As I enjoy puzzle games,
I get hooked on them, but
once you clear them all, a tricky puzzle appears that requires you to
steadily clear it.
