Holbein Oil Paint Set with 12 Colors and Wooden Palette

This is an oil paint set in a box.
It belonged to my father-in-law.
I believe it is an older item.
I am a novice and have no idea of its value, so I am looking for someone knowledgeable.
The paints are heavy, so I don't think they have been used much, but they may have hardened.
I found information online that hardened paints can be softened, but I will be handing them over as-is.

This is a set that includes 12 oil paint tubes, a wooden palette, and a case.

- Set Contents: Oil paints, brushes, palette, wooden case
- Number of Oil Paint Tubes: 12
- Oil Paint Brand: Liquitex
- Palette Shape: Oval
- Case Material: Wood
- Palette Condition: Shows signs of use
- Palette Lock: With metal fittings

Thank you for looking.
