Vintage! Jinbei, Camouflage Pattern, Brown, Camo, Gyaru

I bought this at a gyaru shop about 20 years ago.
I wore it two or three times and have kept it in my closet. It's a valuable item from back then!
It seems I cut off all the tags.
I cut off the sleeves and hem, perhaps because I didn't like the length. (See photos 3-5)
The elastic part at the bottom is thin. (See photo 7)
