Sony Sony TCM-200DV "Cassette-Corder" VOR Clear Voice Recorder Turns On Won't Spin

Sony TCM-200DV Cassette-Corder VOR Clear Voice Recorder Turns On Won't Spin Parts only. As you can see it turns on but the reels inside do not spin, making it unable to play a cassette. I am not an expert, maybe I am doing something wrong. I tried. Only buy this if you need parts or know how to fix.
