Unbranded Small Resin and Wood Carved Figure Sculpture Boy w Satchel German?

Small Resin and Wood Carved Figure Sculpture Boy w Satchel German? I cannot find any information anywhere on this guy. It looks like he had a pipe at one time. Nicely made and a unique piece found in a box of antiques. I'm not sure if this is celluloid or what type of resin or plastic makes up the white part. It is meant to look like Ivory. Size: 6.5 x 2.5 x 2 Condition: Very good condition. Same or next day shipping on weekdays. Thanks for looking!
