German-made Funnel-Dorf plastic tanks have a narrower lid diameter than domestic standards, so electric pumps won't fit. You'll need to use a manual pump or a special attachment.

This manual pump has a part on the rim that matches the tank diameter, so it can be used as a simple lid while the pump is inserted.
Also, after filling with kerosene, you can fix the spout upwards in the loop, preventing drips and making it convenient.

Furthermore, if you search for this online, you'll find it's either sold for ¥2000 with shipping included, or you have to buy in bulk...

I think the functionality and design are quite good.
