[Product Description]
The Yamaha Silent Cello SVC110/SVC110S, with its beautiful brown finish, comes with an original case, instruction manual, and AC adapter, allowing for quiet practice.
It pursues performance and artistry that can handle authentic classical playing, from delicate pianissimo to powerful fortissimo.
●Achieves the playing feel of an acoustic cello and the silence unique to the Silent Series.
The volume is reduced to about 1/10th and the sound energy to about 1/100th compared to an acoustic cello.
It achieves excellent silence while retaining the playing feel of a cello transmitted to your fingertips and body.
It is ideal for practice anywhere, even at night. Furthermore, materials similar to those used in acoustic cellos are selected for the neck, fingerboard, strings, and bridge, and finished with high precision, ensuring no discomfort during playing.
●Beginners can enjoy relatively clear tones.
The technology for electronically reproducing the unique resonance of string instruments has been further refined. A newly designed pickup that senses string vibrations and electronic circuitry have been developed.
It achieves sound quality that can reproduce even the nuances of cello playing.
Additionally, it is equipped with a reverb function that creates reverberation effects through digital signal processing.
This reproduces the resonance of an acoustic cello and the sound of a hall, allowing beginners to enjoy clear tones with relatively easy bow control.
The reverb function can also be switched between Small Room, Medium Hall, and Large Hall.
●Ensemble playing is possible with other Silent Series instruments.
