Cello Bridge Guard (for Soft Case Only)
■ Cello Bridge Guard (Made in Germany).
This is a styrofoam cover designed to protect the delicate bridge of your cello, primarily when transporting it in a soft case.
Soft cases are vulnerable to impact, and the bridge area can be a particular concern. This lightweight yet durable German-made guard helps alleviate that worry.
I tested it with two different soft cases, and it fit inside both without any issues.
- Can store two bows (See photo 6).
- Weighs a lightweight 185g (See photo 11).
I purchased (imported) this 7-8 years ago. After using it a few times, I switched to a hard case and have kept it stored in a dark place since then.
I've searched online and at music stores, but I haven't been able to find any importers for this item. I believe it to be a rare item, so I highly recommend it to all cello players who use soft cases.
*Cello, bow, and cello case are not included. This listing is for the black bridge guard only.
