N/A silver tone white fish pendant pin brooch signed MJ

Silver tone metal fish. Enameled in white and a blue-silver color (more blue in person than in photos). Has a pin on the back, and also a loop to be worn as a pendant. Signed MJ, but I haven't been able to determine which brand that is. In good used condition, with some tarnishing on the back. Quarter shown for scale, and will not be included with your order.
