This was stored in my parents' closet. I don't recall ever using it, but I can't be completely sure, so I'm listing it as near unused.

It's compact, but for a gas fan heater of this size, I believe it will function sufficiently in a 18-tatami mat LDK in a reinforced concrete apartment.
