Evah Pirazzi Violin Strings E, A, D, G Set (1/2-3/4)

This is a set of E, A, D, and G strings for the Evah Pirazzi synthetic violin strings, the highest quality from PIRASTRO. This set is for fractional sizes: 1/2-3/4.

These strings are popular for their very strong and powerful tone. PIRASTRO's website describes them as ideal for soloists, rich in overtones and complex resonance, and excellent response. When I played in a competition and recital using these strings, one of the judges commented very favorably on the tone.

I kept these as spare strings, new and unused, for several months. I am now selling them because I have outgrown my fractional violin and am moving to a full-size instrument.

E String: Silver steel, ball end 3132
A String: Synthetic core, aluminum wound 4192
D, G Strings: Synthetic core, silver wound 4193, 4194
