Flute Soleil Music Stand with Sheet Music Book Instrument

Flute Soleil Music Stand (with Case) and Music Book

[Condition]
There are some minor scratches and dirt, but I believe it is in relatively clean condition. The screws on the case have some rust.
The music stand is also clean.

I am not an expert, so I do not know the details.
As this is not a new item, there may be age-related deterioration, scuffs, etc.
