Men's Long Umbrella - Celine

I don't recall using it, but there are some stains (scuffs?) on the handle and tape marks inside.

The plain black fabric has a subtle logo.

The umbrella cover is missing, so I've reduced the price.

I love the smooth open and close action.

It has been carefully stored for a long time, but please forgive any oversights.
