This item has an interesting construction. The collar, sleeves, and hem, which are visible, are made of dark brown silk weave, giving the appearance of a lined garment (awase). However, the parts that touch the skin are made of white habutae silk, and it is a single-layer garment (hitoe).

It's in relatively good condition for a retro item, and it shouldn't affect wearability.
There is some silk shrinkage, but the outer fabric is sturdy and should still be usable.
There may be some wrinkles.
