Konishiroku E-Hexanon 75mm

I am listing this on behalf of my father, who is a camera enthusiast.

E-HEXANON 1:3.5 f= 75mm KONISHIROKU NO.7505792

KONISHIROKU Konishiroku with case

This item has been stored for a long time.
It does not appear to have any visible scratches, but
I am an amateur and have not attempted any cleaning or maintenance.
The aperture moves smoothly, but
the glass appears cloudy. (Please check the 7th photo. It looks cloudy from this side. I don't know if cleaning will remove it, but I don't want to worsen it by touching it, so I will pass it on as is.)

If you are someone who can clean and use this lens,
I would appreciate it.
