This beautiful set of three antique Austrian porcelain plates features delicate hand-painted berry and leaf decoration, scalloped edges, and elegant gold accents on the plate edges. The reverse of each plate bears the distinctive crown and shield Vienna Austria export mark associated with porcelain produced by the Gräflich Thun'sche Porzellanfabrik Klösterle (Count Thun factory) and distributed through several historic U.S. importers including P.H. Leonard and others. Because this export mark was used by multiple importers over time, the exact importer cannot be confirmed from the mark alone. These plates are best described as antique Vienna Austria porcelain, dating approximately to the late 19th or early 20th century. Approximate diameter: 7.75 Very good antique condition. The hand-painted berry and leaf decoration remains vibrant with no noticeable areas of paint loss. Gold trim is present and attractive, with only minor wear to the gold edging from age and use. The bases show very minor shelf wear consistent with antique porcelain. No cracks, chips, repairs, or major flaws were observed.
