03 Nagajuban (Long Undergarment) - Men's - Damaged - For Remaking/Material

This is an old men's nagajuban (long undergarment).

Length: 131cm
Sleeve span: 65cm
Sleeve length: 47cm

Please forgive any errors as these measurements are approximate.

There is some fraying on the lower part of the collar (front side).
There is significant discoloration around the collar.
There are small stains and spots overall.
The sewing appears somewhat crude.

It is being offered at a low price, so would be suitable for practice or for using the fabric.

I have tried to describe everything I noticed and to include photos, but there may be oversights.
