Ultra-rare miniature trumpet

My father bought me this exquisite miniature trumpet as a souvenir from his trip to Shanghai. I played the trumpet daily, and I've kept it as a treasured item ever since. My father said it was pure gold, but I cannot confirm its authenticity. I am selling it on this occasion. Thank you.
