Lens Filter 34mm Close-up Filter +1

Thank you for looking.
This is a 34mm +1 close-up filter that has been stored at home.
I used to attach it to my Seagull 4A, but I have since sold the camera, so I am listing it here.
The frame itself has some scratches consistent with its age, but the optics are clean with no noticeable scratches or dirt. Please refer to the photos.
Thank you for your consideration.
