Nikon Close-up Lens No. 2 (3.0 Diopter) 52mm Diameter

The lens body comes with a plastic case and the original box (paper box).
Although it is an old item, the lens is very clear, and as far as the seller can see, there is virtually no fungus, cloudiness, or scratches.
The plastic case is also clean.
However, the paper box has damage and stains.
The outer frame of the lens mount is engraved with Close-up.c No.2 Nikon JAPAN.
Also, the lid of the plastic case has a Nikon relief.
