Tiffin Tiffin Killarney Teal Green 3-Leaf Stem Bud Vase

Circa 1950 this blown decanter has very simple modern lines including a free-formed 3 leaf stem applied foot. The sleek teardrop silhouette and deep emerald/forest hue are defining characteristics of Tiffin's famous Killarney Green line. The Base: The sculptural clear glass base is an applied crystal foot. It is heavily stylized with a 4-toed arch design (sometimes referred to in mid-century glassmaking as an Italian base). This design creates a beautiful visual contrast against the saturated green upper body.The decanter without stopper is 9.4 (H) at the rim and 3 (W) at the Crystal foot. Condition is excellent without chips, cracks or staining. The Killarney color is a dark sea green or teal. While this was a cordial decanter, I would seriously repurpose this as a bud vase.
