This is a Jerome Callet trumpet mouthpiece, size 1C, throat 24.
The V.F. engraving stands for Vladimir Friedman, who was a mouthpiece designer and technician at Giardinelli. He is particularly known for crafting Miles Davis's mouthpieces and for his design guidance to Giardinelli, Stork, and Warburton.
Jerome Callet mouthpieces are now difficult to obtain vintage items, but I believe this V.F. model in a large bore size is extremely rare and I have not seen another like it.
There is some tarnishing of the gold plating and minor scratches, but considering it is a vintage item, I believe it is in very clean, beautiful condition. Please check the photos for details.
