Banba Horse Harness

I received this item as a gift a while ago, but I've lost confidence in my ability to care for it, so I've decided to sell it!

I was told it's a piece of horse tack used for Banba horses in Hokkaido, but I have absolutely no knowledge about it, so please forgive me if there are any inaccuracies! Please understand that it is being sold as-is before purchasing!

Roughly speaking, it measures about 80 cm vertically and 40 cm horizontally (when viewed from the front)!
There is dust and dirt, but it will be shipped after a simple wipe-down to prevent further deterioration!
Therefore, it is listed as overall in poor condition!
