While many climbing helmets come in sizes like SM, ML, etc., this product is one size fits all. (Adjustable range: 54-62cm)
It adjusts with a dial on the back.

For reference, ML size fits me well for Black Diamond helmets.
I was able to use this product without any issues by adjusting the dial.
