Homemade Retro/Vintage 70s Maroon Velvet Butterfly Beaded Gold White Wedge Slippers US 5

This is a pair of beaded velvet wedge slippers. They are a maroon velvet with bold and white beading of butterflies, leaves, and more. The beading has a paper pattern underneath. The beading seams homemade, and I think the whole shoe may be but don't know. They are a retro 70s style, and I do not know if they are vintage or a modern recreation. They are in excellent condition, but the beading on the left inside is not quite finished.
