Nikkan Alto Horn NO.2A Brass Instrument with Mouthpiece

Nikkan Alto Horn NO.2A Brass Instrument
Concert Band With Mouthpiece, Sound Output Confirmed

As you can see from the images, there is deterioration such as rust, scratches, and scuffs overall.
The various tubing parts appear to be stuck. I tried pulling lightly, but they did not move, and I did not force them out, but there is a high possibility that they are stuck.
There was no sticking on the piston valves, but maintenance is recommended.
The mouthpiece does not seem to be loose.
There are also dents visible.
I was able to confirm a simple sound output, but I do not have the knowledge to check all scales and details, so please understand this point.
It has a retro atmosphere and might be good for display in shops or other places. Please consider it.
